Project Description
The villa was built turnkey using elements of a passive house on the Mediterranean coast near Barcelona, taking into account local climatic conditions.
When calculating the heat balance for the project, software developed by the Passive House Institute Darmstadt, Germany was used.
This facility uses alternative energy sources and an air recovery system.
The modern design of the villa was developed by the architectural bureau “Energy Alliance Plus”.
