The conformity assessment body, the certification body of PE “Etalon,” is appointed and authorized in the state certification system UkrSEPRO (appointment certificate UA.P.163 dated August 4, 2014, authorization certificate UA.PN.163 dated August 4, 2014). It is accredited by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine as a conformity assessment body, accreditation certificate No. 10054 dated October 5, 2012, valid until October 4, 2022.
The “Etalon” Certification Body, with vast experience in various certification fields, will conduct certification work and process the following documents:
- A certificate of conformity is a document confirming that a product meets certain requirements established in standards or other regulatory documents.
- Certificate of conformity to technical regulations is a document confirming that the product complies with the requirements of applicable technical regulations.
- Declaration of conformity (declaration of compliance) is a document confirming the compliance of a product with the technical regulations, which has the same legal force as a certificate of conformity, and serves as an alternative confirming document from the manufacturer or seller.
- Refusal letter is an explanatory document that specifies a list of products or types of goods that do not require mandatory certification or declaration.
The Etalon certification body has a testing laboratory “Ukrpromsert” accredited for technical competence and independence in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006.
Ukrpromsert testing laboratory conducts the following types of tests for enterprises, institutions, organizations, and individual entrepreneurs: certification, acceptance, qualification, standard, acceptance-testing, periodic testing, and tests for scientific and technical research in accordance with the scope of accreditation.
Ukrpromsert offers informational and technical assistance in testing to manufacturers and suppliers of non-food products who do not have their own testing base.
Ukrpromsert offers qualified technical assistance in assessing the conformity of product documentation with the declared requirements to establish the identity and authenticity of such products. Ukrpromsert’s test report is suitable for technical expertise by competent organizations such as trade and industrial chambers.
The accreditation certificate is registered in the Register under No. 2H831 and is valid until November 30, 2025.
