Project Description
Nearing completion, a multi-apartment, high-rise Passive House project in Bilbao, Spain.
108 apartments in the main building will be sold, while 63 apartments in the directly connected ten-storey building will be rented out in a social housing context.
The house was designed using special software developed by the expert partner of the Architectural Bureau “Energy Alliance Plus” – the Passive House Institute, Germany. As a result, energy costs during operation will be
optimal.
