The architectural design of the building we are developing strictly complies with the energy efficiency standards laid down in the client’s Technical Specifications. The Bureau can guarantee the class of the building as declared. In reality, there is no such thing in Ukraine. This is achieved through an operational examination of the Project by a partner – consultant Passive House Institute Darmstadt Germany.
Our Bureau is the only one in Ukraine that can actually carry out calculations of the energy efficiency of the designed building and accompany this work with calculations in accordance with DSTU B A 2.2-1215 and DBN B 2.6-31 using software developed by the Passive House Institute.
